Coaching on the Run is a structured 12 week program to help give you the right resources, support, and community to help you achieve all of your top marathon goals, while also creating more energy, engagement and enjoyment in all areas of your life.

With proven coaching strategies, tools and techniques, and a unique approach called F.A.S.T.E.R.,  we'll focus on getting clear on your goals and vision, improving your mindset, and developing a strategy tailored to your individual needs, in addition to getting you well prepared for your next race or run goal.

Running is Transformative.

I'm Matt Mills, and as a professionally certified running AND life/leadership coach, I work with active and busy professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs who are looking for experienced coaching, support and motivation to reach their biggest marathon and running goals.  

 

As a busy entrepreneur and business owner myself, I know how challenging it can be to balance your work, family, and personal obligations with training for your first (or twentieth) marathon. But after training and completing 11 marathons while successfully growing my business, I know it's more than possible.

 

Not only that, but I know from experience that marathon training is proven to help beat burnout, decrease stress and overwhelm. And it's not as hard as you think!

 

Working with runners of all backgrounds, from beginners to road warriors, my athletes report a significant increase in their physical and mental well-being so they can THRIVE and become better leaders for their self and for others, and experience more energy, engagement and enjoyment in all areas of their life.
